Ingredients
Ingredients:2 medium carrots2 large stalks of celery1 large lemon, peeled1 large granny smith apple, cored6" cucumber4 small collard leaves or other greens (kale, spinach, etc.) 1 piece of ginger root peeled (1" cubed)
Directions
I put all of this through the juicer. Don't let the color fool you. I'm a very picky eater and I like it.

I couldn't find a way to list the juice ingredients so I think the nutritional information is correct if you just ignore the fiber content.
