ML's Cranberry Almond Instant Oatmeal

Ingredients
5 c Quick Oats1 c Old-fashioned oats, processed in blender until fine powder (can substitute additional quick oats)2/3 c ground flax seed1 1/3 c nonfat dry milk powder1 1/3 c dried cranberries (craisins)1 c toasted almonds, chopped 1/2 c brown sugar, packed2 Tbsp cinnamon1 tsp ground nutmeg1 tsp salt
Directions
Measure into 1/3 cup servings. Store in refrigerator.

To prepare: In a microwave-safe bowl, add 2/3 cup water to 1 measured serving and stir well. Microwave on high for 1.5 minutes. Let sit for 1-2 minutes. Stir. Enjoy!

Note: To toast almonds, place in a shallow baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
