Ingredients
Salmon burgers - 2 cans water packed salmon, 1/4 c mayo, 1 egg, 1/2 c homemade whole wheat breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, dried rosemary. Squeeze of lemon if desired. Salt/pepper.
Directions
Pan fry on nonstick skillet w Pam spray. 2 cans of salmon = 4 servings.
