Ground Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
16 oz. extra lean (99/1) ground turkey1/2 c. Italian seasoned dried breadcrumbs1/2-3/4 c. chopped fresh spinach2 tsp. to 1/2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce1 TBSP chopped red onion or green onionRoasted Red Pepper Mayo1/4 c. mayo1-2 jarred roasted red peppers, drained well and finely choppedLemon juice (optional)4 small hamburger buns (preferrably whole grain/wheat)
Directions
Combine mayo and peppers. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Spray broiler pan with cooking spray. Combine first 5 ingredients. Make four 1/2 inch thick patties. Broil 4-6 minutes per side. Let set 1-2 minutes.

Use 1/2-1 TBSP mayo per bun and serve!
