Low-Cal Snickerdoodles

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Splenda1 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light6 tbsp Egg whites2 3/4 cup Soy Flour2 tsp Cream of Tartar1 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp Salt4 tbsp Splenda1 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs. Stir in dry ingredients.
Mix topping and coat annoyingly small cookies (about 1 inch each) with them before dropping them onto TWO (count 'em); TWO cookie sheets. Make them mondo-sized drops if you want one big cookie, one tray, and 115 calories or so per cookie.

Bake 8-10 minutes.
