Indian Broccoli Slaw ( 2 servings)

Ingredients
1 T Olive Oil1 tsp Mustard Seeds12 oz Broccoli Slaw (pre-packaged in bag)1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes1 tsp cumin, ground1/4 tsp turmeric, ground1/2 lemon, juiced (about 2 T of juice)
Directions
- Heat olive oil in skillet on medium heat.
- Add mustard seeds. Cook until seeds stop popping.
- Add remaining ingredients (EXCEPT LEMON) to skillet.
- Saute 3-5 minutes, tossing occasionally.
- Squeeze lemon over ingredients. Toss and Serve.
