Crockpot chicken peas and carrots

12 oz bag baby carrots1 12 oz bag frozen peas1 can chicken broth (fat free)12 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts1 10.5 oz can of 98 percent fat free cream of chicken soup
Directions
put all ingredients in a crock pot on low setting for 8 to 10 hours. Serve of noodles or rice ( not in calculation)
