Chicken Tenderloins with Balsamic Peppers

Ingredients
Frozen chicken tenderloins 10 ozMixed peppers - green, red, yellow, juliennedSweet onion, juliennedMushrooms, whole or slicedBalsamic vinegarOlive oilSalt - optional
Directions
Cook chicken in 1 tsp oil, remove. To pan add all other ingredients. When pepper mix is almost ready, add chicken and simmer. Serve with rice or potatoes.
