Peanut Butter Chili

Ingredients
93% Lean Ground Beef, 40 oz Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields Beans, red kidney, 4 cup Tomato Sauce, 2 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 cup Onions, raw, 1 large Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 2.5 cup Chili powder, 2 tbsp (more or less to taste)Tabasco Sauce, 1 tsp (or more to taste)Peanut Butter, smooth style, 2 tbsp salt to taste
Directions
brown the ground beef with onions and peppers. drain and put into the crockpot. add the remaining ingredients and cook on high for 4-6 hrs or low for 8-10.

serve with sour cream and cheese if you choose.
