Ingredients
1 1/2 c skim milk2 eggs beaten2Tbs butter melted1 tsp vanilla2 1/2 c rolled oats1/2 c brown sugar2tsp. baking powder
Directions
preheat over 350

Wisk together milk, eggs, butter & vanilla. Add all dry ingredients in a large bowel. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients. let stand 15 min. Then pour into 9 x 13 pan. bake 35-45 min Top with fruits of your likings!
