Soup: Broccoli & Stilton

Ingredients
2T margarine2 small potatoes peeled and chopped2 cups broccoli, chopped1 onion, chopped1 leek, sliced thinly3 cups vegetable stock100 g Stilton cheese, crumbled
Directions
Slowly fry onion and leek in the margarine until soft.

Add potatoes and stock. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 - 5 minutes. Add broccoli and simmer for 6-10 minutes or until tender

Liquidise with crumbled Stilton cheese.

Voila.
