Curried Cauliflower and Salmon

Ingredients
1 small cauliflower chopped1 can salmon1/2 onion3 cloves chopped garlic2 chillis1/2 tsp cumin seed, mustard seed, tumeric1tsp curry powdersalt to taste 6 curry leaves1 chopped tomato
Directions
Heat oil in a medium pot. Add onion, garlic, seeds
and curry leaves. Stir. Add tumeric and curry powder
or paste. Stir. Add cauliflower, chili and salt.
Cook for 5 minutes. Add a little water
if it sticks to the pan.
After 10 minutes add salmon and tomato.
Dish takes approximately 25 minutes to cook.
Serve with rice, roti or pita bread.
Serves 6 to 7 people.
