Cream cheese, cucumber and tomato "Sandwich"

Ingredients
Ingredients: Cucumber (with peel), .08 cucumber (8-1/4") (enough for 4-6 med-thin slices)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 slice, thin/small*Philadelphia Light cream cheese, .5 tbsp
Directions
Slice cucumber in to 4-6 med-thin slices.

Take cucumber slices and spread a small amount of cream cheese on 1/2 of them, place a small slice of tomato on top, cover with remaining cucumber slices.

Makes 2-3 "sandwiches"
