Ingredients
Banana Fudge Muffins1 1/2 cups flour1 cup sugar1/4 cup cocoa1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon baking powder1 1/3 cups mashed bananas (about 3 bananas)1/3 cup vegetable oil1 egg1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Makes 12 muffins.

In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In a small bowl, combine bananas, oil and egg. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until muffins test done. Makes one dozen.
