Rice and Black Bean Wraps

Ingredients
1.5 Tablespoons salted butter1 Medium onion, chopped (red or white)1 cup chopped green peppers1 cup chopped red peppers1.5 cups cooked white rice - medium grain1 19 oz can black beans - drained and rinsed0.5 cup salsa
Directions
* melt butter in frying pan
* add peppers and onions and sautee until soft
* add white rice
* add black beans
* cook over medium-low heat until heated through
* add salsa and cook until warmed

* divide concoction into six portions. spoon mixture onto tortilla bread. wrap and serve.

*add extra calories by using a dollop of fat free sour cream, guacamole or extra salsa
