No meat Lasagna with veggies in crockpot

Ingredients
p1 jar prego spaghetti sauce1 package Quorn (substitute meat)1/2 cup onions1 tsp garlic1 can tomato sauce1/3 box of Lasagna noodles 5 Tablespoons ricotta cheese(dairy free optional)7 oz Mozzarella soy cheese1/2 package of frozen spinach1/2 fresh zucchini2 tbsp ground flax seed
Directions
Make sauce:

Quorn
onion
garlic
spaghetti sauce
tomato sauce
zucchini
spinach

Layer bottom of crock pot with sauce
then, noodles(Do not cook , noodles will cook with sauce) broken to fit, then ricotta cheese, then mozzarella cheese. Keep repeating.

Makes about 3-4 layers in my crock pot and really does serve 10

Cook in crock pot for 3 hours.
