1/2 lb extra lean hamburgeri tbsp onion powder1tbsp garlic powder1 tsp red pepper1 tsp salt and pepper (each)1/2 onion2 cans diced tomatoes, drained2 cans pinto beans, drained1 can of green chiles diced, drained2 cups water2 tbsp of chili powder2-3 drops of tobasco sauce 1 tbsp honey
Very easy to make. Cook hamburger with onion powder, garlic, salt, pepper and red pepper. Strain meat after cooking, put back in pan then add tomatoes(drained), beans(drained), onion and green chiles(drained). Simmer together then add water and chili powder. Once added move to crock pot and add tobasco. Cook for as long as you want in the crock pot and right before you serve it add the honey to sweeten. Very good! This is a family favorite in our house.
