Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen blueberries4 baby carrots1/2 chunk pineapple with juice1/2 cup of light vanilla yogurt1/4 quick oats(dry)Pour pineapple in blender 1st to make for easier blending; then add oats and carrots and blend. After these are all mixed together add blueberries and yogurt. This fills up 1 16oz red plastic cup to the brim.
