1 cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs1/2 cup skim milk2 tbsp Olive Oil1/2 onion2 stalks of celery1 lb lean ground turkey1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese1/2 cup carrot puree1/4 cup Ketchup1 tsp salt1/8 tsp Pepper1 cup tomato sauce4 slices turkey bacon
soak breadcrumbs in milk
spray loaf pan
cook onion on skillet 7 min then add celery and cook 4 min more
add to breadcrumbs mix
add turkey, parmesan, carrot puree, ketchup, salt, pepper
stir
put in loaf pan, smoothe top and put tomato sauce on top, then slices of bacon
bake 45-50 min
gives 8 portions
