Italian turkey burger

Ingredients
1.2 lb ground turkey1/4 c egg subsitute1/4 c bread crumbs2 cloves garlic chopped1/4 c onion chopped1/4 c grated romano cheese1T basil dried1T oregano dried1t black pepper
Directions
combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.
Mix in the ground turkey
form into patties

cook until done (G. Foreman grill)
If you cook in a pan be sure to add in the oil.

    I REALLLY enjoyed these. Nice and flavorful, which can be difficult for ground turkey. The only thing I might do differently next time (and there WILL be a next time!) is to saute the onion and garlic until they are soft - but that's just because I don't like them crunchy! - 8/4/11
