Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
One Mini Cob1 Tbsp of I Can't Believe it's not Butter (Mediterranean Blend)1/4 Tsp of Sea Salt (less if your taste buds are really receptive)1/2 Tsp of Course black Pepper (use less if you don't like pepper)
Directions
You can do this recipe frozen or thawed. I suggest frozen, it seems to taste better.

Take your butter and spread
Put salt and pepper on the butter
Take your hands and make sure it is evenly spread
Wrap in tin foil and twist ends
Put on oven rack or baking tray
Bake! It could take up to twenty minutes or more, it just depends on how long you want the corn to simmer. Put your oven on around 300 and just let them go.
