1/3 can of salmona dash of garlica dash of Cayenne pepperA dash of FennelA dash of Rosemary1 Wasami Cracker crumbled1 Brown eg
Directions
Fold ingredients into one brown egg.
Squeeze out excess liquids with a cheese cloth.
Spray pan evenly with Mazola zero calorie olive oil spray
Let brown for 3-5 minutes on each side

Voila! Serve on a bed of raw Spinach
