1 bok choy chopped2 carrots finely chopped 1 onion chopped1 leek chopped1 can of water chestnuts drained1lb. of lean steak cut into strips2 tbsp. tamari
Directions
chop everything
brown meat in wok with a little olive oil
then throw in vegetables and stir fry.
