Mexican Cornbread

Ingredients
2 Cans of Southwestern Style Corn1 Can Diced Tomatoes2 Packages of Pioneer Cornbread Mix1 Cup FF Milk.5 Cup of Egg Beaters1lb Extra Lean Ground White Turkey.5 Cup Mexican Shred Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Brown ground turkey in pot. Mix in 2 cans of corn mixture and can of diced tomatoes. Add seasonings as you want. In a seperate bowl mix together cornbread mixes with milk and egg beaters. Mix cornbread mix with meat mixture and spread in a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 25-30 or until browned. When finished cooking sprinkle with shred cheese for extra taste. Makes 8 servings.
