1 package Butterball Turkey Kielbasa (14 oz)8 tbsp Great Value Chunky Salsa - medium3 3/4-cup dry Great Value Rotini6 tsp Goya Sofrito Tomato Cooking Base3 tbsp Reggano Parmesan & Romano Grated Cheese1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Prepare Rotini pasta according to box instructions. When done, drain and set aside.
Cut each turkey kielbasa link lengthwise twice. Then cut each link into 1-inch sections. Cook according to package directions. When done, drain and combine salsa, sofrito & turkey together with pasta. Heat on low-medium for 3-5 minutes. Add 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
Sprinkle with 3 tbsp grated cheese. and serve. Makes 8 3/4-cup servings
