Sandy's Chicken and asparagus pasta

Ingredients
2 bags great value whole wheat noodles32 oz fresh asparagus cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces27 oz chicken breast cut in bite size pieces24oz baby portabello mushrooms quartered2 cups chicken broth1 cup chardonnay wine4 oz feta cheese2 cups chopped fresh tomatoespinch of red peppersalt and pepper to taste2 tbs corn starch
Directions
cook noodles as directed
spray large pan with pam
brown chicken breast
add broth, wine, mushrooms, asparagus and seasoning
cook until veges are crisp tender.
mix corn starch in 1/4 cup cold water add to pan
cook until sauce thickens.
add feta and tomatoes and pasta

makes 20- 1 cup servings
