-PRESS WONTON SKINS INTO 12 MUFFIN CUPS, SPRAYED WITH VEGETABLE COOKING SPRAY, ALLOWING CORNERS TO STAND UP OVER THE EDGES OF MUFFIN CUPS
-BAKE AT 375 DEGREES 5 MINUTES. REMOVE WONTON CUPS TO WIRE RACK ;COOL
-COOK & STIR JELLY IN SMALL SAUCEPAN OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL JELLY MELTS
-BRUSH INSIDE BOTTOMS OF COOLED WONTON CUPS WITH MELTED JELLY. PLACE TWO FRUIT SLICES IN EACH CUP; SPOON ROUNDED TABLESPOON OF YOGURT ON TOP OF FRUIT. GARNISH WITH FRUIT SLICES & MINT LEAVES. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
