1 13 ounce can of chicken breast in water , 98% fat free4 to 5 tablespoons of low fat mayonaise1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of garlic packed in oil (drained)
Directions
Drain Chicken of water, shred meat. Add mayo and garlic to taste. Salt and pepper to taste.
