Grilled Asian Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar2 cloves garlic1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes1/4 freshly ground black pepper1 pack boneless, skinless chicken thighs1 gallon zip lock bag
Directions
1.Toss all of marinade ingredients into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.

2.Place marinade mixture and chicken thighs in zip lock bag.

3.Marinade for 1 hour or more (24 hours and the flavor is more intense).

4.Grill for 7-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

5.Serve with rice.
