8 eggs1/4 cup milk1/2 cup feta cheese2 cups chopped raw spinach1 onion diced2 tablespoons garlic8 oz smoked salmonsalt and pepper
preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Sautee onion, garlic and spinach in pan approx 10 minutes.
In bowl mix eggs, milk, cheese, salt and pepper.
Add in sauteed mixture and smoked salmon.
Pour into greased pie dish.
Bake in oven for approximately 25 minutes.
