Ingredients
1 bunch of carrots with some of its greens 1 avocado 1/2 lemon About 1/3 inch fresh gingerPinch of sea salt and cayenne pepperSpring or distilled water
Directions
Put all ingredients in your juicer.
Add clean water to cover all ingredients.
Blend.
Drink immediately

    This is a good recipe but you need to change the word "juicer" to the word "blender". Juicing takes all the fiber out and we need the fiber to balance the sugar from the carrots. This is not a juicer recipe and you don't want to confuse people. :) I also added an apple to mine. - 8/30/10

    Yummy, a change from the fruit smoothies using ingredients I always have. I'm going to modify this for use with a blender- shred the carrots and add some soy milk. - 8/6/10
