Surimi salad

Ingredients
200g shreded Surimi1 cup chopped Tomatoes4 tbsp chopped Cilantro1/2 cup chopped Onion1/4 cup Lemon juice
Directions
Just put everything together, but not the lemon juice that goes until you are ready to serve.
If you want you can make it an appetizer with some whole wheat crackers.
You can adjust the amounts of everything accoding to your likes an dislikes.
