Easy Low Fat Mashed Potatoes

3 1/2 pounds of potatoes1 cup of non fat milk1-2 tbsp light butterSalt and pepper to taste or seasoning of your choice
Bring pot of water to boil
Dice potatoes (you can leave the skins on if you want)
Let boil for 30-35 or until tender
Empty contents into strainer to remove all the water
Put back in pan and then add milk, butter and seasonings
Enjoy!
Makes about 4-6 1 cup servings
