Ingredients
1 1/2 cups reduced fat milk3/4 cup all-purpose flour1/2 cup quick cooking oats1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 large egg,lightly beaten2 tbsp. canola oil3 tsp. baking powder1/4 tsp. salt1. In a large bowl, mix together flours, oats, baking powder and salt.2. In a sep.bowl stir together milk,oil, eggs.3. Stir wet ingred. into dry ingred. until large lumps disappear. Don't over mix.4. Pour about 3/4 cup of waffle batter into the preheated waffle maker and cook until steam no longer escapes and the waffle is golden brown.
