Ingredients
Garlic. Salt and Pepper
Directions
Cut the red potatoes into bite size pieces and boil until tender. While that is boiling finely chop the red onion, garlic, green onions and parsley. When the potatoes are done strain them and put them back into the pot. Add the oil, vinegar and all the veggies - mix them up with salt and pepper to taste - put the lid back on and let the steam and heat from cooked potatoes! Then enjoy!!!
