Protein Powder Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups of oats (ground)1 cup cottage cheese (1%)1 cup egg whites1 cup fat free yogurt - I use sugar free/fat free vanilla2 scoops protein powder (flavor of choice)1 tbs baking powder1 tsp salt
Directions
I used a blender for this one. Measure everything and mix well. Measure out 1/4 cup of the mix per pancake and allow to cook until it gets bubbly - then flip.

I served these with fresh berries.

I broke the recipe down so that it gives the calorie count per pancake - just easier for me to keep track of that way.
