chipotle chicken soup

Ingredients
2 t olive oil1 cup onions4 cloves garlic1 medium tomato chopped12 cups chicken broth2 cups water1/2 black pepper1/4 cup chopped chipotle peppers or 1 large tabsp.2.5 cups garbanzo beans1/2 cup cilantro2 cups cooked brown rice.
Directions
Saute onions, garlic and tomato in olive oil and cook for 5 minutes then add all the remaining ingredients and cook for 1 hour.
