Ingredients
4oz butter (110g)4oz soft brown sugar (110g)8oz Porridge oats (225g)2 tablespoons of syrup
Directions
grease a 12"x18" backing tray and set aside.
Melt sugar, butter and syrup together slowly. Add in the oats and keep mixing until it is all sticky!

pour out into the baking tray and cook for 20 mins When cool cut evenly into 20 or more pieces
