Spinach wedges

Ingredients
10 oz. frozen spinach1/3 c. all-purpose flour1/3 c. whole wheat flour1/3 c. oat bran1/2 tsp. salt2 eggs, beaten lightly1/2 c. water, or spinach juice1 med. onion chopped8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated1 tsp. olive oil, for baking pan
Directions
Makes 8 wedges, 10 inch pie dish.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Thaw spinach in microwave. Drain, reserving 1/2 c. liquid. Allow to cool while preparing other ingredients.
Stir all remaining ingr. together, reserving oil to coat baking dish.
Add spinach and liquid to other ingredients, mix well.
Lightly pile into 10 inch pie dish, or other baking dish desired.
Bake at 375 degrees 30 min.
Turn temp. down to 325 degrees 30 min.
turn temp. sown to 300 degrees for the final 20 min.
Allow to set for 10 min. before cutting.
