French's Chicken Chile

1 (28 oz) can Aylmer's Diced Tomatoes with Italian Seasoning1 (540 ml) can Compliments Dark Red Kidney Beans1 (540 ml) can Compliments Chick Peas! Package French's Chile-O Seasoning Mix1 cup Red Pepper, chopped 1 cup Onion, chopped1 teaspoon Chile Powder1 teaspoon Cumin 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne1 teaspoon Blue Agave Syrup3 oz Chicken Tenders, cooked and chopped1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1. Heat large frying pan and add olive oil.
2. Saute onions and red peppers - about 5 minutes.
3. Add diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, and French's seasoning. Stir.
4. Add chicken, agave syrup, kidney beans, and chick peas.
5. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Can be simmered longer with a bay leaf (remove before serving).
Top with sour cream and shredded mexican cheese if desired.
Serves 6 (1 cup Servings)
