Meatball Sandwich with Onions and Peppers

1/2 lb ground beef, extra lean 10 reduced fat ritz-crushed finelyonion powder-dashoregano -1/4 tspgarlic italian seasoning 1/4 tsp3 oz. shredded mozzarella-low fat3/4 c. marinara3 whole wheat ciabatta rolls, split in half3/4 onions, sliced3/8 c. sliced red or green bell peppers1 tsp. olive oil
Heat olive oil in skillet. Add onions and peppers, sweat until they are tender- approx. 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Combine seasonings, cracker crumbs and meat.
Form into 15 equal sized meatballs. Heat pan add nonstick spray if necessary. Brown meatballs, cover and cook until no longer pink.
Warm bread. Place 1/4 c. onions and 1/8 c. pepers on each bottom slice. Top with 5 meatballs. Top with shredded mozzarella and 1/4 c. marinara sauce. Top with remaining bread. Serve warm
