2 cups diced potatoes (red or new)2 tbsp. EV Olive Oilsea saltminced garlicrosemary or oreganoblack pepper
Mix potatoes, oil and seasonings to taste. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. Roast on a baking sheet in one layer for 45 minutes at 350. Stir halfway through baking time.
