Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
4 cups cauliflower florets1/2 Tbsp I can't Believe is Not Butter Spread1 oz half and half-regular1/8 tsp frehsly ground black pepper
Directions
1. Steam cauliflower until soft
2. Puree in a food processor, adding butter and the half and half. Season with pepper.
