.5 cup Unsweetened Applesauce1 cup Brown Sugar.5 cup Egg Substitute3 cups Oatmeal1 tsp Salt2 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Cinnamon1 cup Light Soy Milk4 tbsp Whole Ground Flaxseed4 tbsp Wheat Germ.25 cup Walnut pieces
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a large baking dish and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
