Herring under Fur Coat (Salad)

* *Potatoe Raw, 200 gram (remove) * *carrot, 1 raw (7-8" long), 1 serving (remove) * Beets, boiled, 3 beets (2" dia, sphere) (remove) * Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp, 5 serving (remove) * *Onion (Yellow), 1 med, raw, 1 serving (remove) * *(C) Vinegar, White (Gr Value), 2 tbsp (remove) * Herring, 200 grams (remove)
Boil veggies and chill, all except onion. Cut herring in pieces, put on a large dish, chop onion, put on top of herring. Sprinkle vinegar. Grind all boiled vegies. Layer on top of onions in order - potatoes, carrots, beets. Spread mayo. The end.
