Waldensian Salad

Ingredients
1/4 cup Vinegar3/4 cup Wession Oil1 tsp. Salt1 tsp. Pepper1 tsp. Minced Garlic1/4 Jar Parsley1 Head Lettuce
Directions
Mix vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Chill overnight. Break lettue; add 1/2 jar parsley. Pour vinegar mixture over lettuce just before serving. Mix very well.
