Napa Cabbage and Sunchoke Salad

Ingredients
Napa Cabbage, 1 medium, about 8 cups, slicedSunchoke (Jerusalem Artichoke), 1 cup, sliced into coin-sized piecesPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup, juliennedCilantro, 1/2 cupgrape seed oil, 1/4 cup Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp Agave Syrup, 1 tbsp Sesame Oil, 1 tsp
Directions
Slice up all of the vegies and cilantro and mix in large bowl.
Mix up the wet ingredients with a whisk until homogenized.
Pour over vegies and mix well with tongs or toss.
