Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oatswater to cover1/2 cup applesauce1 tbsp sunflower seeds1 tbsp raisins
Directions
Boil the water in a kettle. Put the rolled oats in a bowl. Add the boiling water, stir well. Mix in the applesauce and sunflower seeds. You can vary the recipe by using different flavours of applesauce!
