Whole Wheat Linguine & Clam Sauce w/Mushrooms

3 cans of clams with juicemed onion4 large button mushrooms6+ cloves of chopped garlic.5 cup fresh parsley1 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil6 oz whole wheat linguine
chop garlic, set aside, heat EVOO in skillet, add chopped onion and mushrooms, cook til onions are transparent, add garlic and parsley. Boil pot of water add linguine. Add clams with juice to skillet, simmer until pasta is ready. Makes approx 3 cups of sauce, pour over 1 cup of linguine. Top with parmesean cheese.
