Homemade Light Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
8 oz. Smart Taste Penne Rigate3/4 can 2% evaporated milk 1 package 2% shredded sharp cheddar cheese. (7 oz)2 oz shreeded mild cheddar cheese4 tablespoons light blue bonnet margarine1/2 egg yolk2 egg whitessalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta to al dente. Then mix all ingredients, except for a small amount of shredded cheese and add to a 2 - 3 quart crock pot. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top of the mixture. Cook on high for 1 - 1.5 hours or until set.
